How to reach your TRUEST Potential
The art of 'Ideal Living'
Living up to their highest potential is something, which a lot of people would never even achieve once in their whole lifetime.
Its a feeling, a rush, a state of living and being where you constantly are just attacking your goals, at a really rapid and consistent pace which starts to literally demolish them and keeps on bringing you, closer and closer to them, at a highly accelerating and compounding pace.
You might have already heard that people talk a lot about "how much untapped potential you already have" and without utilizing it, how much bad you are doing to yourself.
But they never actually understand the dynamics of how actually it works and they just, blabber about what all things and sentences they have heard about from random places in their life, information which they have consumed from non-reliable, untrustworthy sources, which overall depletes the core depth of that information.
So lets delve into the core concepts and understand, how, things, work.
THE CORE OF POTENTIOLOGY
To understand the core and depth of anything, the first step is to understand that 'thing' in itself.
Potential is POSSIBILITY, a possible outcome, another timeline, another multiverse, which exists right now somewhere, but not in your timeline, yet.
You can think of it as a concept of Multiverses.
Where different versions of 'you' exist out there, the ones which do not do anything, the ones which have fallen deeply for bad habits, or even the ones which have already achieved success.
But there always exists one singular timeline, which is just like your current self, with your current ideology and life experiences and everything exactly just like yours, until that one singular moment. That timeline, and yours, just have only one single difference. which is, that person STARTED RIGHT NOW.
Every second , your different versions make a conscious diverging decision to branch out from your life into a life of the extraordinary, into a life of the great, and they do it, by start attacking their goals at a really rapid and consistent pace, basically, LIVING UPTO THEIR POTENTIAL.
THE TRUE LIMIT OF HUMAN SELF
Now that you understand, that potential means an existing possibility, you can now start to delve deeper into how to actually live up to the potential.
The best way to think about this, is basically, To utilize the whole spectrum of 24 hours properly and efficiently, where each and every second gets contributed to reaching closer to the goals.
You weigh every individual decision coming every individual second, from small little urges to the whole spectrum of possibilities, and taking conscious decision every time to spend every individual second wisely on something which you actually care about , which actually leads towards progress, even if the progress is small, even if the progress seems null, yet, you do the things supposed to be done.
You pass your consciousness into an "ideal way of living" , which does not stop, which pushes harder and harder every little second, whether you are sitting on your work-bench, or whether you are moving from place A to B, or sitting with X, Y and Z people, or in particular life situations which we generally never talk about, maybe you're making food in the kitchen, maybe you are helping out your parents to do something, maybe you are in your office meeting or something, it could really be anything.
The point being, that ideal self consciously analyses the 'best thing to do right now' and does it without requiring any external factor of manipulation or motivation or anything, regardless of the current state of mind, it shifts the focus from an average human mind into a mind of a deeply focused individual who achieve things, because that's how greatness is born.
A COUNTERING DISCUSSION
After hearing about this 'ideal way of living', you might have started to think about how hard this lifestyle feels, is anyone actually even living like this, is it even possible?
Here, i would just say, that yup, people do exist out there, who live in this constant state of warzone with their life, putting blood sweat and tears into their journey fueled not by motivation, but by their "why's" and their hate towards ordinality, hate towards mediocracy.
Another set of thoughts could feel like, why do i only have to live to my goals only, does my goals matter that much, when will i actually 'live' my life, enjoy moments, go on adventures with friends, do things that I've always wanted to do, etc. etc.
I would like to explain this with a concept i figured out, which tries to understand the inner human self and the reasons behind their choices.
So basically, at a deeper level, humans have a deep rooted desire to live the 'best possible life', in multiple different spectrums of living. They do not actually care about actually 'living' the life, but they care about that desire to live in the best possible way.
The spectrums would include, say physical health, say financial status, say their number of relations, say their desire of wanting to buy different different commodities, all those desires, comes out form the core desire of wanting to live the best possible life.
That is why, we get jealous when others live a better life than us, and we always want more and more and more.
So this want of living the best and most stimulating form of human life creates the level 1 base of 'why'.
Now that we understand the deep human desire to live the best possible life, we can start to understand that living, what does the so called 'living the life' actually mean. And spoiler alert, it does NOT mean the stimulating life. The short term stimulations are not a sign of 'living'.
But lets not deviate more from the current topic of this video, to understand living, I'll be creating a separate video, for discussing that as it also requires knowledge of other deeper concepts. And we'll surely dive in that.
And thus, we have found out a clear and straightforward way to reach our highest potential….
Which as we have discussed, requires:
Consciously making correct choices in every second of living.
So the point isn't whether you can reach your truest potential, but whether you actually will.
Whether you actually are willing to sacrifice a lot of what is not useful, even if not living like an ideal form, but every second, trying to tend towards it, getting closer and closer and closer to it every next second, every next moment, every next instant.
But what even is a correct choice?
How would a person differentiate whether the thing he's doing, is correct or not.
fades out the video . . .
